We maintain the highest quality standards by processing a limited number of premium cattle each year. Due to strong demand, please allow 1–2 months for delivery, with additional time for rural areas.
Because our supply is limited, we recommend planning ahead and ordering enough to suit your needs when placing your order. This helps ensure you don’t miss out while waiting for the next processing run.

*You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once delivery is arranged on our end, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date.
*Individual cut weights are approx., but total pack weight will equal 10kg.
*Cuts may vary but will be substituted with a cut of equal value.

Just cooked up some steak from Otway beef. I don’t know what makes some beef better than others but when comparing against butcher and supermarket-bought for the equivalent cut, this was hands down better. So tender, tasty and just enjoyable to eat. Highly recommended!
